Thank you so much for your very kind donation of £30. We are very grateful for the support of our Patron, Mr Philip Glenister and we cannot thank you enough for also choosing to support the children, teenagers and families here at Shooting Star Chase.
We care for over 650 families. They are all different and we are here to help them enjoy each day, and offer care that is right for the whole family.
“As a family we were taken on a white knuckle ride from the moment our daughter was born, but when we she was six months old we were thrown a lifeline in the form of Shooting Star Chase. They have been with us every step of our journey.”
Your donations mean we can help from diagnosis until the end of a child’s life, with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care, and throughout bereavement. Families may need our service for many years, or for just a few weeks. We can provide short breaks, day care and a comprehensive range of therapies and support groups at our two hospices in Guildford and Hampton, or at home.
Thank you for helping to make every moment count for babies, children and teenagers with life-limiting conditions, and their families.
With very best wishes
Gemma Bates
