.Philip is to front a new true-crime series for A&E's Crime & Investigation channel.
The eight-part series explores the aftermath of a series of gruesome killings. Each episode begins with a murder and aims to find the killer’s motive and discover what kind of person could commit this crime: not by looking at what happened before the murder but by studying the killer’s behaviour after the heinous event.

When a murderer kills, what do they choose to do in the following minutes, hours and days after their crime? And what do those choices tell us about the mind of that killer? In this series, every episode sees us homing in on the eeriest and most insightful part of a murder story – the window of time between the murder of the victim and the capture of the killer – when the killer remains at large and the authorities race to catch them.
The show will air on Crime and Investigation (Sky: 156, Virgin: 275, BT: 328) from 4th February.
