Now, while we are (and are committed to staying) an advertising free, non-profit making site, the current economic climate is going to make it a struggle to keep the site online next year without money from outside sources. So we have taken the decision to ask for donations to help keep us afloat.
We have opened a GoFundMe page where you can make donations via debit or credit card or PayPal. It's perfectly secure - we don't receive any of your bank details. You can even remain anonymous if you don’t wish others to know how much you’ve donated.
This isn't a decision we have taken lightly and we are grateful for each and every donation – large or small. If every visitor to our site in the last month reads this and donates £1, we would be more than adequately funded for a good few years, but not everyone can or will donate. And that's fine – we appreciate that some people don’t have the means or the inclination.
We’ve set the goal as £100 to allow some flexibility in how long we secure the sites future for. Any money that isn’t spent on the site’s future at this time will be sent to a charity endorsed by Philip.
Please do consider making a donation, so we’ll all have somewhere to go to share our love of Philip Glenister.
