A taut and gripping four-part conspiracy thriller; Hidden revolves around the efforts of Harry Venn (Philip Glenister), a small-time solicitor who is forced to delve into his murky past.
When a mysterious lawyer Gina Hawkes (Thekla Reuten) turns up asking Harry to find a missing alibi witness for her client he agrees to take on the job but is unwittingly drawn into investigating the death of his brother 20 years ago. Harry quickly finds himself caught up in a much bigger and more complex conspiracy. Also stars David Suchet and Anna Chancellor.

Harry Venn
Harry is a high street London solicitor with a small practice in North London, doing legal aid mostly. He does criminal work but none of his clients are exactly criminal masterminds. His marriage came apart a while ago as he couldn’t keep his appetite for women under control. His ex-wife, Lauren, has moved on but they still see each other now and then – mainly for the sake of their son, Michael, with whom Harry has a difficult relationship. His life is largely steady until a woman called Gina Hawkes turns up at his office asking him to track down someone from his past. Nothing seems to add up, and before he knows it the past he thought he had left behind begins to catch up with him.
