Thanks to Gaia for the information.
A second trailer has been added to the Mad Dogs website. It shows more of the guys inside prison, along with some clips of them making phone calls home. It also contains the tagline, 'time to stop running and go it alone'. The first trailer has now been removed from the Sky website but you can still view it on our Mad Dogs Videos page, along with a preview clip from series 3, episode 1 trailers and videos from the first 2 series.

Mad Dogs returns on the 4th June10/5/2013 Sky have today announced that Mad Dogs will return to our screen on Tuesday 4th June. The series will be four episodes in length and will air weekly at 9pm on Sky 1. Also, as previously revealed by us, the first episode will be available for Sky's on demand customers from the 29th May. The following series 3 synopsis has been released by Sky: When we last saw Woody (Max Beesley), Quinn (Philip Glenister), Baxter (John Simm) and Rick (Marc Warren), en route to mainland Spain on the first stage of the journey they hoped would take them back home. When they docked in Morocco they realised their nightmare was far from over. Met by armed guards, a new chapter was set to unfold in this holiday from hell. Another clip has been released, this time from episode 2, in which Woody recounts an old tale to a young boy. (Philip does not appear in this clip, which is why we haven't posted the actual video).
Keep an eye out on next Friday for further news from @Sky1insider, Sky 1's official Twitter account. Official Mad Dogs website updated9/5/2013 Sky 1 have updated their Mad Dogs website in preparation for the broadcast of Series 3. So far there is a new background and four new promotional photos; one of each of the main characters. Keep an eye out here for further news; we're expecting more updates as the air date for series 3 nears.
![]() Sky have started a new on-demand initiative whereby first episodes of new and returning television shows will be available to be streamed online or through connected Sky boxes before they hit UK screens. They have started this week with S1 Ep 1 of Hannibal (with an accompanying documentary) and it is being reported that Mad Dogs will also feature in this initiative. IMDb would also seem to support this with an entry for 'Mad Dogs: Behind the Madness' which they are billing as part of S3. Whether this will be shown on Sky 1 or will be an exclusive for their Sky Go users is as yet, undetermined. Philip is to appear on the Jonathan Ross show to promote the up and coming third series of Mad Dogs. The interview will also feature Phil's co-stars Max Beesley and Marc Warren (Unfortunately, John Simm will not be appearing as he will be on stage in the new Harold Pinter play, 'The Hot House'.)
The episode will be shown on Saturday 18th May at 9.45pm on ITV1 or an hour later at 10.45pm on ITV1+1. If you wish to apply for tickets to be in the audience for this show, you can do so here. The show is filmed the day before broadcast, so in this case on Friday 17th May. Thanks to Theresa and Susan we are able to bring you youtube links for two of Philip Glenister's earliest television appearances. London Kills Me was a 1991 film that told the story of a man barely twenty who wants desperately to pull out of London's drug world by taking a job as a waiter in a 'normal' restaurant. But to do this he must come up with a "sensible pair of shoes," an item that his homeless meanderings hasn't provided him. Philip was credited as paying 'suited man' and can be seen at 33.58 and 35.04. Here are some stills from the film: Also in 1991, Philip appeared in an early episode of Drop the Dead Donkey as a character called Harrison. That episode can be seen on 4oDs youtube channel.
